**IT SOLUTIONS ANALYST (HYBRID/COSTA RICA)**
**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES**:
- Coordinate, lead, validate and implement the introduction of new systems or processes for the Human resources, Finance and Supply chain organizations, according with the quality requirements and as well SOX requirements.
- Coordinate and participate in interdisciplinary groups, in order to accomplish the adoption of new local solutions or corporate solutions that impacted Costa Rica facility.
- Attend to the different group meetings to determinate the problems that affect the business and provide a timely and efficient response to its needs.
- Coordinate with management and middle management, the Information Services resources, and consultants from different areas to execute local organizational projects or corporate projects that required Information Services support.
- Participate in problem solving teams, collaborating with the organization and planning of the activities and providing technical support, with the purpose to attack different kind of problems with effective and systematic solutions.
- Review and update the current quality documentation and elaborate new documents and procedures that allow the integration of new systems or processes to the quality system of the company.
**SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:
- Experience as a supply chain and finance business analyst, preferably with knowledge in Oracle Business Suite ERP
- Understanding of SQL and PL/SQL
- Programing skills
- Planning and organization
- Problem solving
- Dealing with Ambiguity
- Drive for Results
- Customer Focus
- Priority Setting
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Information technology or industrial engineer, bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum five years of experience as a professional in the technical field and in similar positions.
