Transfer Pricing Analyst

We will welcome an ideal team member as part of the Finance Rotation. This person will have the great opportunity to learn all aspects of global transfer pricing, to work on compliance, and to support special projects to drive strategic value.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to below:
1. Performing industrial, financial, economic, functional and risk analysis to set up Transfer Pricing (TP) policies for intercompany transactions among Intel's legal entities, and to validate the existing policies

2. Developing and completing comprehensive documentation for intercompany transactions to meet compliance standards in all relevant jurisdictions

3. Researching existing and proposed transfer pricing laws and analyzing the impact to the intercompany transactions

4. Implementing TP policy, and interco contracts by partnering with relevant business partners including SSC, ops finance, GT and other TPSP members

5. Generating BOBJ and other financial reports, and analyzing data for strategic and compliance projects including APA, entity valuation, IP valuation, etc.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Must be an active student of, or must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance roles
- Advanced English level
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Good acumen of Intel's business and operations
- Prior knowledge or experience in transfer pricing and tax
- CPA, CFA or other professional certification
- Experience in Big 4 or other accounting firms
