**Ingeniero de Proceso**: - Experience Level: Recent College Grad- Job Type: Full-Time- Location: Costa Rica - Heredia, CR- Requisition ID: 7077**Nature of the position**: Execution of professional technical tasks related to the development, implementation and support of the assembly processes of microelectronic circuits used in the manufacturing of technology components, and the necessary aspects to ensure an effective control over the process. **Main tasks and responsibilities**: - Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of assembly processes for microelectronic circuits used in the manufacture of SAW and BAW, uBAW, SMT technology components. - Provide technical support to production regarding the solution of various manufacturing problems. - Maintain effective control over the process, ensuring the detection, analysis and correction of possible defects in the machines and the production process. - Provide technical support to production regarding the solution of various manufacturing problems. Maintain effective control over the process, ensuring the detection, analysis and correction of possible defects in the machines and the production process. - Carry out activities for the development, characterization and implementation of new processes and materials in production. - Review the process methods and techniques, modify and improve the process, and define the process and equipment requirements and specifications used in the manufacture and evaluation of SAW and BAW, uBAW, SMT devices. - Review product requirements with the product and/or design department, to ensure full compatibility with process procedures. - Conduct experiments and compile and evaluate test data to appropriately determine limits and variables for process and material specifications. Keep the specifications of the process materials in perfect order, carry out their analysis and report to production, quality and any other interested department any change or modification generated. - Recommend and prepare changes, additions and modifications, with which to achieve programs for process optimization, yield improvements, cost reduction and improvements in the manufacturing process. - Compile records and statistics of the process that contribute to a constant improvement in the process, providing extensive and updated information on fluctuations and trends in terms of: "Scrap", "Yields", Rejections / operation, etc. - Analyze the problems inherent to the processes, instituting corrective measures and formulating procedures that ensure the conformity of the processes with the established norms. - Prepare and maintain process specifications, so that there is clarity as to how the product should be produced and evaluated. - When necessary, work jointly with the different departments involved in the manufacturing process, to establish improvements, studies or corrections to the process. - Coordinate with the quality department the implementation and development of statistical process control programs. - Participate in the introduction of new products to the process. - Verification and implementation of all tests required for new products (pilot batches). - Constantly verify the proper functioning of the equipment and machinery of the process. - Carry out routine adjustments of the equipment to guarantee its correct operation within the normal parameters of the process. - Carry out operational controls on production equipment. - Consider the energy impact when creating or modifying recipes. **Requirements**: - University degree of a career that empowers him to perform the position.
