We have a new Canada-based client who is looking for Back Office Agents to add to our Team.
As a Back Office Agent, you will:
Key Responsibilities
- Resolving complex billing, collection, and customer contract queries.
- Resolving account and transaction, exceptions, audit and integration related issues.
- Responding to and resolving all cases and issues referred to back-office CSRs in a timely fashion.
- Contacting customers as and when required to resolve customer issues.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in back office role is preferred- English Proficiency of CEFR B2 / 85% or better- Successful completion of high school education is preferred- Position fully Work from Office
