Communications Strategist

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
The duties of this role will include the following:
Conduct in-depth analysis of media coverage, identifying key trends, sentiment, and potential impact on the company and competitors.

Use monitoring tools to capture and interpret data, generating regular reports and insights for key partners.

Evaluate and implement innovative media monitoring tools, including but not limited to Meltwater, NewseEdge, Factiva, etc, to ensure effective tracking of relevant news and trends.

Collaborate with media monitoring team members and regional Communications Teams to ensure consistent and accurate monitoring across all channels.

Provide guidance and support for team members to enhance their monitoring skills.

Develop and implement crisis monitoring protocols using monitoring tools to ensure a proactive and effective response to potential issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advance English Level.
- 4-5 years of prior experience.
- Proven experience in media monitoring, with a focus on financial services or similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with media monitoring tools such as Meltwater, NewseEdge, Factiva, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends.
- knowledge of desktop & web automation, through RPA, Power automates, or other tools is a plus.
- Basic Macro & VBA knowledge for dealing with large datasets and automation is desirable.
