**About the role**
As a Technical Writer at Teramind, you will play a pivotal role in translating very specific technical concepts into clear and engaging content. Your deep understanding of technology, cybersecurity, architecture, databases, and storage will be essential to produce high-quality material for both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role, backed by a **strong portfolio **that proves you can make complicated technical topics easy to understand
- Excellent written and spoken English skills to explain complex ideas simply
- **Extensive expertise in technology, architecture, databases, storage, cybersecurity, and other technical areas**:

- Able to work well on your own and get things done, especially in a fast-paced setting
- Good at managing time and staying organized, handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- SEO and optimizing content experience it is a plus

**Your day-to-day**
- Collaborate closely with our technical experts and cross-functional teams to deeply understand the technical aspects of our products
- **Unpack complex technical concepts into user-friendly guides, manuals, tutorials, and other forms of documentation**:

- Develop content that enlightens and captivates our target audience
- Organize and structure documentation to optimize user comprehension and accessibility
- Keep consistent and accurate terminology, style, and format across all documentation
- Stay tuned with industry trends, cutting-edge technologies, and best practices to enhance the quality of documentation
- Revise and elevate existing documentation to accurately reflect product updates and enhancements
