**Technical / Product Knowledge**
- Perform pricing data entry and maintenance, model setup/configuration, and pricing analysis in corresponding business systems.
**Reports Generation / System Maintenance**
- Create/update process documentation for pricing maintenance.
- Create Price book PDF for Roxar, RF, MMI and USM.
- Keep updated records of the price book PDF in the different SharePoint platforms (for all world areas).
- Update currency and country factors file.
- Coordinate updates for Oracle and check that the data in Oracle and in the price book PDF are matching.
- Maintain Interco & trade factors for local list price from different World Areas.
- Maintain the current trade customer modifiers.
- Create and update pricing agreements.
- Maintain and update price lists in Oracle (annualized and ICO price lists).
- Analyze troubleshooting quotes and orders for world areas and global transactions.
**Meeting Representation**
- Attend pricing team calls.
- Participate at Team huddles and Organizational activities.
**Administrative Support**
- Contribute to process improvement activities and initiatives within the team, business group, and management.
- Work on personal development and attend training.
- Provide any pricing training required by new resources or other department employees regarding Flow Measurement product pricing.
**Internal Customers**:US Flow Marketing and Sales team, CSC Organization, Flow Measurement ETO and Configuration Management team, Flow Measurement IT teams.
**External Customers**:Customers inquiring through Helpdesk and Other EPM BU’s pricing teams.
**Qualifications**
- BS Business Administration or related course work preferred.
- Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of sales-related customer service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Oracle Pricing Module in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Experience as a member of a fast-paced, customer-centric company where there was a spirit of teamwork between peers, a direct sales force, and representative selling organizations, preferred.
- Work experience associated with selling or supporting a technical product where there was a business-to-business relationship, preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Knowledge of MS Excel required.
- Strong knowledge of helpdesk processes and adhering to agreed-upon service agreements.
- Communication skills: Strong English communication/facilitation skills (oral and written).
- B1+ English Level
- Prefered knowledge of Adobe Professional XI
