Benefits Operations Senior Analyst, Latam

**Responsibilities**: - Assists in developing and executing the firm's reward strategy, manages the key areas of reward, benefits and pensions as well as liaise with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach. - Manages and tracks progress for success for the Operational Excellence team. - Manages data integration, liaising between Benefits Vendors and HRSS, participating on global calls to coordinate with regional Benefits partners and on calls with vendor to provide status updates. - Updates Citi project management tools with status reports for Benefits projects and activities. - Ensures regional Benefits partners are providing deliverables on time to Vendors and project is on schedule. - Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues concerning benefits with substantial potential impact. - Influences decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. - Assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams through coaching and training new recruits. - Additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications**: - 5-8 Years relevant experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel - Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities. - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience Manejo de inglés avanzado (speaking, reading, writing). Manejo de bases de datos / excel. Experiência en HR, Total Rewards, Beneficios, Payroll, Compras, Riesgos, vendor management.
