**Job Description**:
**Job General Description**:
The FP&A Project Manager is responsible to drive GPO FP&A global initiatives from plan to execution. This position works closely with the FP&A Global Process Owners, the BSC Delivery Leads, Talent Engagement, GBS Customer & Communications Management, Transformational Services and GBS Digital.

This role owns the project management cycle of each initiative, engaging different sets of stakeholders as needed in order to make progress as needed.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:

- Understands the projects’ objectives and success factors by engaging with all the stakeholders involved.
- Develops a plan of action including dates, responsible people and a plan to inform the interested parties about the progress of those initiatives.
- Identifies and keeps track of risks and opportunities for each initiative.
- Ensures a successful completion of the

**Change Management**:

- Executes our company’s standard impact assessment for each project.
- Develops, in collaboration with the stakeholders, a communications plan to keep all the interested parties well informed about the impacts and its consequences.
- Works with GBS Communications on a tailored communication plan for each audience.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND/OR RELATED EXPERIENCE**
- _or equivalent experience gained from any combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work and life experience_

**Education**

Bachelors, Masters Degree is plus

**Degree Field**

Business, Engineering, Project Mgmt or related field

**Related Experience (years)**

5+ years

**Certification(s) / License(s)**

Scrum Master, Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management

**Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience managing projects with global scope and within Shared Services field.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Effective training skills and team building capabilities for rapid ramp-up of functional tasks within area of responsibility.
- Demonstrated leadership skills; strong oral and written communication, presentation, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Pays attention to details, produces accurate work and consistently meets deadlines.
- Has prior experience in Finance or Shared Services Operations.
- Problem solving and analytical skills with a proactive management style to implement new processes
