As First Factory’s Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

You will need to possess fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate and provide quality support to internal and external clients.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
- Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority within defined Project Delivery Methodology based on Agile development practices
- Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget
- Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and will modify schedules or plans as required
- Prepares project reports for management, clients, and others
- Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems
- May manage project supervisors or leads assigned to specific larger projects in the organization
- Experience writing agile user stories as a Project Manager, with a focus on budgeting, planning, and reporting.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience supporting multiple development teams and projects
- Jira administrative skills: configuration, notifications, project settings, and reporting
- Strong client service experience
- Ability to juggle, prioritize, and delegate multiple tasks
- Relevant experience managing IT projects with a tracking record of successful completion
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies

**Nice to have:
- Certifications in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.)
- Experience using MS Office suite, project tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Experience working in an Agile Project Management Environment (Scrum) environment.
