Overview:
We’re searching for a Global Travel Coordinator with experience in travel and administration to support our growing team in their international business travel. You will be responsible for all aspects of business travel and help build the company travel policy, manage travel arrangements, monitor expenses, and ensure the well-being of our business travelers. The role is within the finance department of the YNV Group.

**Responsibilities**:
**This role will**:

- Be done virtually but within the MST time zone working hours (9 am to 5 pm).
- Advise and prepare travelers/unit managers with updated information and documentation for their trip as well as advising them on necessary documents, insurance, and regulations during the planning of trips.
- Liaise between suppliers and finance teams regarding payments, invoices, contracts, etc.
- Find the most cost-efficient solutions for trips including flights, hotels, visas, insurance, etc.
- Provide ongoing support to travelers during trips.
- Monitor travels and prepare reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies and vendors.

Qualifications:
**In this role**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in the travel industry as well as relevant administrative experience is required.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English as well as strong communication and customer service skills are required.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.), international travel regulations, customs, and currencies, as well as global corporate travel is desirable.
- Knowledge of T&E reporting and processing as well as MS Office tools is required.
- Strong negotiation, organization, planning, problem-solving skills as well as good organization and attention to detail are required.
