- Required to be hands-on with the Power Platform
- In-depth knowledge of Dataverse, Model driven Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate and Power Apps Portals.
- DevOps and CI-CD Pipeline with Power Platform Build tools and Power Platform CLI
- Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Power Platform
- Experience and knowledge of working with Power Apps Component framework.
- Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues.
- Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages, etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems.
- Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction.
**Qualifications**
**Technical Skills**
Power Platform Developer with 5 years of experience with a strong background in Microsoft's Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents, along with other relevant skills and experience.
- **Proficiency in Power Platform**: Deep understanding of Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- ** Experience with Microsoft 365**: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
- ** Data Modeling**: Strong skills in data modeling, and experience with Common Data Service (CDS) or Microsoft Dataverse.
- ** Custom Connectors**: Ability to create custom connectors and integrate with various data sources and APIs.
- ** Advanced Formulas and Development**: Knowledge in writing complex formulas and developing custom components for Power Apps.
**Soft Skills**
- ** Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- ** Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- ** Project Management**: Experience with project management methodologies and the ability to lead or contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- ** Continuous Learning**: Commitment to stay updated with the latest updates and features released for the Power Platform.
