Basic qualifications - Proficient in German (advanced/Native), in verbal and written skills. - proficient in English and Spanish language, both verbal and written - 1+ years of professional experience in executing test cases for software or devices. - Ability to understand basics of software testing or hardware devices like tablets and smart phones. - Solid organizational skills and team player. - Prior work experience in testing and/or operations - Attention to details and ability to root cause important issues impacting process or customers. We drive the entire monitoring process for 3P Alexa Content. Key job responsibilities - Perform test instruction execution and report deviations accurately - Should be able to review and own updates to the test plan on an ongoing basis - Use software tools for data capture and comply with the processes of the organization on a daily basis - Be comfortable with capturing results, communicating and escalating failures and providing individual status reports and adhering to Productivity and Quality base lines. - Raising all failures/doubts related to the execution of test cases in the clarification portal and closing the same as per the SLA’s - You report and track issues per the SLAs and defined guidelines. - You follow SOPs and execute tasks assigned to you on a daily basis and strive to meet productivity and quality baselines. - You perform predefined test cases without compromising the quality they test for. You raise defects for all failures observed and track doubts related to the execution of test instructions through pre-defined mechanisms - Own the daily targets against internal and external dependencies. - You acquire knowledge from peers, on-the-job training, and via SharePoint, Wiki, etc. - Should be able to deal with ambiguity - Excellent communication, strong organizational skills and very detailed-oriented - Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment Preferred qualifications - Strong working knowledge of basic business software like Word, Excel etc. - Knowledge of web technologies like basic Java, other code language, etc. or Software testing environment. - Advanced proficiency in [other specific language] is highly desirable. - A graduate in Computer Science. (0-2 experience) - Knowledge of web technologies like basic HTML, CSS etc. or Software testing environment.
