**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the QA team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight in all quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and designers to define testing strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and testing documentation to ensure consistent and repeatable testing processes.
- Establish and maintain testing environments, configurations, and data sets to support testing efforts.
- Implement and improve testing frameworks and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports on testing progress, test results, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and agile processes to help developers deliver high-quality software within deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software within project timelines.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, testing methodologies, and emerging trends in quality assurance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in quality assurance and software testing, with a strong focus on leadership.
- Experience leading and managing QA teams.
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools.
- Familiarity with digital communication solutions, agile development, real-time communication, or collaboration tools.
- Solid experience with cURL, Postman or similar tools for API testing.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure thorough testing coverage.

Desired:

- Familiarity with CI/CD, GDB, Wireshark, tcpdump, Loadrunner, Jira, and Containers.
- Experience in remote work environments or tech startups.
