Awesome opportunity alert for a Front End Developer who wants to be part of an expanding team and work as a key member of Credito Real USA Finance’s IT department. We are one of the nation’s top automobile loan providers in USA with a new office in San Jose, Costa Rica. This position is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurially minded person who enjoys making a difference within a small but mighty IT & Data Team within the financial services industry. In this role you will act as the organization’s primary developer for one of our key systems and will handle the majority of enhancements related to it.
**What You're Doing**
We are seeking a Developer with knowledge of JavaScript, XML, and T-SQL coding. Details below:

- Integrating front-end and back-end solutions to automate key business functions
- Execute testing of developed code to ensure that we are delivering the best possible solution
- Collaborate with other team members to improve code integration, and reliability of systems
- Collaborate business owners to identify and clarify requirements, acceptance criteria to execute the best solution for the business
- Document key systems and their interactions between each other
- Support existing systems and provide guidance for improvement or resolution to business needs
- Performs other duties as assigned - some IT tasks shared between the team members.

**What We're Looking For**
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline required
- 3+ years of experience in Javascript programming
- Nice to have: Development experience in.NET, C#
- Nice to have: Hands on experience with Microsoft T-SQL, Integration Services (SSIS), Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Nice to have: Experience with BI Visualization tools such as PowerBI

Pay: $3,000 - $3,500 (USD) monthly.
English language-required.
