The main objective of this role is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to provide End User Support, resolve technological issues and cooperate with local, regional and global teams on initiatives affecting local environment.
**Responsibilities**:
Resolve moderately complex problems/projects through analysis and technical experience; provide analysis for more complex issues, escalating as appropriate
Provide IT systems and hardware diagnosis, problems troubleshooting, incident and requests resolution
Cooperate with local, regional and global teams on initiatives affecting environment supported by the team
Communicate with Third Party Suppliers and have a supervision over processes performed by Vendors
Assist in systems implementation/enhancements and post implementation activities, and the first point of contact to business stakeholders
Exchange ideas and information in a concise and clear manner
Be able to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
**Qualifications**:
- 0-2 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
