We have been named by Forbes magazine as one of the “World’s Most Innovative Companies" and ranked on Fortune’s Best Companies to work for. **Job Description**: As a Billing Business Analyst - Integrations, you will be responsible for providing support to the Global Finance Services (GFS) NA Billing group by helping to define requirements while also bringing in your vast knowledge of operational billing processes. You will meet with stakeholders and users of the existing systems and platforms to help define opportunities for improvement and a roadmap for future development. You will also support system integration and user acceptance testing as well as the implementation of new systems and functionality. You will help ensure best practices while transitioning activities between teams and regions by providing clear and well thought out recommendations. **Key Responsibilities**: - Become a functional expert in Experian’s billing platforms features & capabilities. - Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements by conducting interviews, observation sessions, and workflow process analysis. - Seek new approaches to business problems utilizing existing tools/products and innovations as appropriate. - Working with Experian’s technical teams to effectively design, develop, test, and launch billing standard solutions. - Diving deep and evaluating billing processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas of improvement. - Communicate periodically with executive management regarding the status of current project initiatives and obtain executive guidance and approval as required to advance initiatives. - Implementation of training programs that drive functional expertise and maximize effectiveness and efficiency within the staff. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree preferred with Accounting/Finance concentration desirable. - 5+ years of billing experience with functional knowledge of complex billing cycles, order management and pricing - required. - Strong data querying skills including Microsoft Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, power query) - required. - Experience presenting business, project, and solution topics to audiences of different roles including technical experts, project managers and line of business leaders. - Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Oracle E-Business or ERP System. - Experience working with multiple financial and reporting systems (Oracle OBIEE, Power BI, Tableau) - Preferred.
