This position will conducts or participates in multidisciplinary research in the design, development, testing and utilization of information processing hardware and/or electrical components, mechanisms, materials, and/or circuitry, processes, packaging, and cabinetry for central processing units (CPUs) and/or peripheral equipment.

**The job responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Prepares specifications, evaluates vendors, and analyzes test reports.
- Ensures products conform to standards and specifications.
- Develops plans and cost estimates and assesses projects to analyze risk.
- Develops procedures, analysis and design for computer components, products, and systems.
- Initiates, guides, and coordinates overall design and development of new ideas and products.
- Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
- Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Advanced Student in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering or related field, with at least 80 percent of the career completed.

1+ year of experience:

- Working with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including SharePoint and Power Automate.
- Working with Microsoft Excel.
- On data extraction, analysis and visualization techniques.
- With Continuous Improvement techniques to improve processes and flows and eliminate wastes/inefficiencies.
- In a Laboratory environment with a Low Volume High Mix Production line.
- In planning and executing experiments to Qualify and validate quality and reliability goals for microprocessor products.
- Developing code and/or scripts following a structured approach.
- Understanding of Electrical Testing techniques for microprocessors.
- In the creation of Risk Assessments and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
- Microprocessor Accelerated Aging techniques and related failure mode mechanisms understanding.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- 1+ year of experience working with semi-conductor fab and/or assembly/test tool sets and manufacturing flows.
- 1+ year of experience with ISO9001 requirements and auditing.

**Work Model for this Role**

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
