**Position Summary**:
We are seeking an entry-level Web Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves updating and maintaining content on our existing websites to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Update and maintain website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
- Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to implement content changes and enhancements.
- Monitor website performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the creation and publication of new web pages as needed.
- Ensure content complies with regulatory and accessibility standards.
- Utilize content management systems (CMS) to make updates efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Storyblok).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Asana, Jira, or similar task/project management software.
- Familiarity with basic graphic tools like Canva.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
