Funciones del Puesto
- DESCRIPTION
- A junior accountant is an entry-level position. A junior accountant's duties include posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, paying monthly payroll, and preparing financial reports.
- RESPONSABILITIES- Payroll Responsibilities. Coordinate and audit payroll information (hours, commissions, bonuses, PTO, etc.) for all business units.
- Review, analyze and verify payroll reports for accuracy.
- Prepare Journal Entries and Payroll reports for management.
- Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Asset management and monitoring.
- Execution of the complete accounting cycle.

Requisitos del Puesto
- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s Degree with an accounting or finances emphasis.
- Advanced English level.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality information.
- Incorporated in Colegio de Contadores Privados.

Experiência Deseada
- Knowledge in Softland ERP.
- Previous experience working on free zone regime processes. (Desirable)
