**¿**Qué**buscamos**?**

Un Ingeniero de Facilidades que sea el encargado de todos aquellos equipos, sistemas e instalaciones que no intervengan directamente en el proceso de manufactura, en general, lo que se refiere a instalaciones físicas, sistemas de enfriamiento, calderas, planta de tratamiento, generadores eléctricos, compresores, sistemas de refrigeración y congelación, bombas hidráulicas, bombas de vacío e iluminación, equipo de bombeo de agua fría, potable, tuberías y sus dispositivos, válvulas en general, sistemas de supresión y detección de incendios y mantenimiento de infraestructura del edificio de planta.

**Localidad**: Costa Rica, Planta Belén

**¿Qué harías?**
- Asegurar la disponibilidad, eficiencia y confiabilidad de los equipos de facilidades y utilities, de forma que su operación sea eficiente y correcta.
- Optimizar el uso y consumo de los recursos energéticos de la empresa liderando el Pilar de energía.
- Desarrollar, verificar y controlar los planes de mantenimiento, actividades, inspecciones y documentación necesaria con el propósito de asegurar el cumplimiento de los equipos de facilidades.
- Supervisor de facilidades, medio ambiente y energíaauxiliares con las normas pertinentes como FDA, FSSC22000, WCM, etc. y Ingeniero de mantenimiento de facilidades.
- Desarrollar e implementar proyectos para incremento de eficiencia y confiabilidad de la planta relativos a equipos auxiliares.
- Gestionar el cierre en tiempo y forma de tarjetas rojas, verdes y acciones de PM-EWO bajo su responsabilidad.

**¿Qué necesitas para aspirar a la vacante?**
- Bachiller en Ingeniería Eléctrica.
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en posiciones afines dentro de la industria de manufactura, con experiência en supervisión de personal y trabajo con contratistas.
- Manejo Avanzado de Microsoft Office, Auto CAT o solidword, manejo del código NEC.
