**Operator**: - Experience Level: Individual Contributor- Job Type: Full-Time- Location: Costa Rica - San Jose, CR- Requisition ID: 5199**NATURALEZA**: Ejecución de tareas operativas de asistencia directamente relacionadas con el proceso productivo de la empresa, para lo cual participa en operaciones de montaje en áreas controladas de descarga electrostática y en ambiente de sala limpia, siguiendo los lineamientos, normas y procedimientos establecidos. **RESPONSABILIDADES**: Realice operaciones de montaje de dispositivos SAW y BAW, uBAW, SMT en áreas de descarga electrostática controlada y en un entorno de sala limpia. Realizar los trabajos siguiendo lo dispuesto en el procedimiento "Protocolo y Comportamiento en Sala Blanca Clase 10.000" y procedimiento "Protección de componentes sensibles a la electricidad estática", así como los requisitos de calidad establecidos, tanto generales como específicos por operación. Atender y cumplir instrucciones escritas o verbales, realizando las operaciones básicas y rutinarias asignadas de acuerdo con los procedimientos y planes de capacitación correspondientes. Debe cumplir con otras tareas que le sean asignadas por el líder del grupo, supervisores o jefes inmediatos. Asistir y recibir las capacitaciones a las que sean asignados, así como cumplir con todos los requisitos correspondientes (cursos, exámenes y certificaciones). Participar activamente en grupos de mejora continua (CIT's), a través de la filosofía LEAN Manufacturing. Habilidad para trabajar en equipo. Realizar otras funciones afines al puesto. (Auditorías de alto volumen de PE, prueba de caída, etc.). Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos ambientales y de seguridad en su lugar de trabajo. **Requisitos**: Bachillerato (Mínimo décimo nível aprobado de Educación General Básica, con 3 o 4 cursos aprobados para obtener el bachillerato). **SUMMARY**: Execution of assistance operating tasks directly related to the production process of the company, for which it participates in assembly operations in controlled areas of electrostatic discharge and in a clean room environment, following the established guidelines, norms, and procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Perform SAW and BAW, uBAW, SMT device assembly operations in controlled electrostatic discharge areas and in a clean room environment. - Carry out the work following the provisions of procedure "Protocol and Behavior in the Class 10,000 Clean Room" and procedure "Protection of static-sensitive components", as well as the established quality requirements, both general and specific per operation. - Attend and comply with written or verbal instructions, performing the assigned basic and routine operations in accordance with the corresponding procedures and training plans. - You must fulfill other tasks that are assigned by the group leader, supervisors or immediate managers. - Attend and receive the training to which they are assigned, as well as comply with all the corresponding requirements (courses, exams and certifications). - Actively participate in continuous improvement groups (CIT’s), through the LEAN Manufacturing philosophy. - Ability to work in team. - Perform other duties related to the position.
