Job Function: Software & Cloud Services The role: Join our Services Delivery team We look forward to learning more about you and exploring how, working together, we can build an exceptional team. **Product Owner** Full Time | Location: San Jose, Costa Rica | Hybrid Model **A day in your life will be like**: - Stay updated and informed on industry Application Modernization and Cloud Application Development technology trends. - Comfortably interact and work with the client business and technical teams to create the initial list of requirements (backlog) based on their strategy and business objectives. - Prioritize and maintain the product backlog per the relationship with the client teams and SoftwareOne stakeholders during the execution of the project. - Collaborate with the Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Development team in the coordination and sprints scheduling to achieve the desired development goals. - Creates the definition of done of the captured requirements and, with the project team, present to the client when a requirement is in done status. - Working by himself or with the Project Team, identify and advice on new solutions or requirements and unknow to the client. - Actively collaborates with the Development Team, Project Manager and Team Architects on the design and planning on the desired development plan execution. - Contribute with SoftwareOne Sales team and Delivery leadership in the creation of a short-middle and long-term implementation roadmaps based on the client business objectives. - Works with delivery and sales organizations to create new GTM strategies and solutions. LI-GR1 What we need to see from you: **We would expect you to have as mandatory**: - Scrum related certification: Product Owner, Scrum Master. - Recent 5+ years of experience in a client facing role. - Recent 5+ years’ experience in Application Modernization and Cloud Application architecture projects. - Recent 3+ years of experience working in a Scrum Based Development. - Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish. - Experience working with DevOps frameworks. - Basic understanding on business objectives, processes, and practices.
