**We are currently looking for outstanding people to help us realize our vision**. In the Senior Relationship Manager (RM) role, you are the right-hand sales extension of the Account Executive. The position is responsible for proactively managing the day-to-day relationships within an assigned set of clients and prospects within the Emerging Services vertical. The RM is responsible for engaging and supporting client contacts to ensure the seamless execution of services, expanding business relationships, and driving growth and upsell opportunities within the existing account base. This role is highly suited for individuals committed to progressing towards Account Executive or Business Development.

**Job Description**:
**What you’ll be doing**
- Designs, codes, tests, corrects, and documents simple programs, or scripts and assists in the implementation of software which forms part of a properly engineered information or communications system
- Assists in providing accessibility, retrievability, security and protection of data in an ethical manner
- Defines test conditions for given requirements. Designs test cases and creates test scripts and supporting data, working to the specifications provided. Interprets, executes and records test cases in accordance with project test plans. Analyses and reports test activities and results.
- Produces software builds from software source code.
- Conducts tests as defined in an integration test specification, records the details of any failures, and carries out fault diagnosis relating to simple failures, reporting the results of the diagnosis in a clear and concise manner.

**Qualifications**:
**What your background looks like**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 - 4years of experience in a computing environment.
- Good knowledge of one or more programming languages and operating environments such as C# or Java, etc.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Good knowledge of software engineering such as testing, source control, and agile planning.
- Good oral and written communication skills for effective dialogue with suppliers and partners.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of AWS a plus.
