Procurement Market Intelligence Sr Analyst
**Mission of the role**
Proactively identifies opportunities to improve Price Forecasting process in LAO. Ambassador and facilitator of price forecasting exercises, leading category managers to get analysis and market/prices information.
Should be prepared to create new dashboards and sustain current ones, will be an analytics SME inside the Procurement Organization. Knowledge in Wave (Project/Portfolio and savings reporting tool) is desired to support the organization’s savings pipeline with insights such as GAP vs target, data cleansing, medium-long term analysis.
**Responsibilities**
- Work 1:1 with category managers to understand requirements for Price Forecasting & Market Intelligence
- Develop and sustain Market Intelligence pillar and provide reports & insights to category managers
- Develop Price Forecasting for Transportation, Energy & Utilities, External Contract Manufacturing
- Drive Wave (project tracking and savings reporting tool) best practices, lead super users and develop standard dashboards & reports for the Procurement Function.
- Deploy Wave best practices across Procurement within Regional Team.
- Liaison to the procurement leadership team for data requests and analysis related to value creation & initiative tracking.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization within WAVE, GSA, Price Forecasting, Procurement Dashboard, savings methodologies
- Review the current operate model and be able to come up with suggestions focusing on simplification and collaboration
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Supply Chain/Procurement or Business Administration
- 4+ years of experience in procurement, broader supply chain or closely related field with demonstrated analytics experience
- High proficiency in Excel with exposure to visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau
- Ability to drive insights from data analysis
- Skilled in communication, presentations, project management, and change management
- Intermediate-advanced English Level
