**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Draft, edit or summarize documents (contracts, Power of Attorneys, corporate documentation)
- Provide guidance in basic Costa Rica legal matter

**Qualifications**
- Attorney with 4 to seven years’ experience in basic Costa Rica legal matters such as employment, tax, real estate, and supply chain, with a high degree of accuracy.
- English and Spanish are necessary. Portuguese is desired

**Working conditions**
- Requires some but not close supervision on most matters. May receive complex research assignments and appear as Company representative in larger court matters.

May also provide direction to outside counsel on routine matters
