We’re looking for an inspired, motivated, and experienced Senior User Interface Designer to join a creative, collaborative environment focused on delivering top-notch digital experiences for highly recognizable international brands.

**In this role, you will**
- Design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives in a highly collaborative environment.
- Creates UI components and design systems, storyboards, mood boards, initial visual concepts, design layouts, functional design solutions, site grids.
- Leads visual and UI design projects with minimum Design Lead support.
- Understands, analyses, and responds to client briefs and requests.
- Works closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
- Provides reliable quality assurance on all creative deliverables. Anticipates issues and flags situations that might impact quality or delivery success.
- Actively participates in strategic brainstorming, design thinking and collaboration sessions, and creative brief.
- Thinks creatively and justifies concepts to clients and team members.
- Understands and applies the design thinking cycle to projects when is appropriate.
- Balances strategic development with client objectives.
- Builds and maintains a rapport with team members, project managers, and other disciplines' key team members.
- Stays up to date with recent design trends and new technologies.
- Drives design inspiration and learning among team members.

**What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,**

**You should have**:

- Ideally advanced English Proficiency (**B2+** reading, writing, and conversation)
- 4+ yrs. Experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups.
- Experience in these areas: visual design, UI design and Design Systems implementation, preferably for international clients and global brands.
- Solid understanding of visual design principles, trends, and design systems.
- Extensive knowledge of **Figma (must have)**, Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
- Knowledge of design systems frameworks such as Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
- Comfortable in the iOS environment.
- Understanding of CMS and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, WordPress, AEM, or any others.
- Understanding of productivity and remote collaboration tools: MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Jira, Trello, Slack, Zoom, Acrobat, Drive, Box, Paper, Evernote.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, trends, and theory.
- Solid understanding of interactivity and animation principles and best practices.

**It’s a plus if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design Advertising Design or related field or equivalent experience in advertising and/or digital agencies or startups.
- Experience with Illustration.
- Previous experience in Agile project methodologies
- Background in Front End Development (HTML/CSS/Javascript)
- Any certification, course, or training on UX, UI, visual design, design systems, and/or design thinking.
