As a Customer Care with Polish and Ukrainian you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Customer Service in the Customer Care team
- Handling customer interactions via defined channels (case and telephone)
- Cooperate with the business on customer relationship management via Salesforce functionalities
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
- Order management in SAP OTC module
Your Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Complaints Handling, Customer Issue Resolution, Logistics, Marketing
- Ukrainian and English at minimum B2 level
- Polish at minimum C1 level
- Previous experience working with ERP or CRM platforms (especially SAP and SalesForce) are nice to have
- Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes
