Kinect Consulting is a team of cross-functional experts in all things (people, process and technology) for the cloud. We are seeking a meticulous, versatile, and hardworking Sales Admin to support our business development operations. In this role, you will handle a wide range of administrative support tasks designed to enable our efficiency and effectiveness around sales, marketing, and partner relations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Scheduling of client related meetings and activities.
- Completing vendor onboarding processes with new customers.
- Preparing Statements of Work and other agreements.
- Organizing business collateral and other artifacts for easy access.
- Compiling reports and organizing data.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Support the executive team in executing on strategies.
- Update pipeline information in Salesforce.
- Other administrative tasks as required to enable our continued growth.
**Requirements**:
- English at a business level proficiency, written and verbal.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptionally well organized.
- Committed to meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Outstanding communications skills.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Confluence, and Jira are a plus.
- Prior sales admin skills a plus.
