This role is part of the Global Finance Quality Assurance Program (GFQAP) that is focused on Transaction Testing. GFQAP-Transaction Testing is a key function that validates the accuracy of reported transactions, including data attribute values reported or that are used to support the reporting of underlying transactions, as well as a transaction’s overall conformance to the reporting requirements. This is a global initiative across three different locations (Manila, Costa Rica, and Tampa). This role will report into the Global Finance Quality Assurance Consolidated Operations & Metrics - SVP.

This role will be responsible for production and coordination of the end-to-end operations and multiyear calendar during regular testing cycles. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for designing, building, and running metrics and analytics and presentations across day-to-day operations. Reports in scope will include CCAR & Prudential Reports, Liquidity & Regulatory Capital Reports, and Risk & Management Reports. Senior presentations are required as part of the analytics and insights to be presented during and at the end of each cycle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop process to obtain and report key performance indicators, operational and capacity metrics, including dashboards and other measurements of success, leveraging data analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, Qlikview, among others
- Strong interaction and partnership with Pillar Leads and stakeholders’ teams (FCDO, ECDO, other Finance groups, GFT and Report Owners) across the regions to ensure robust operations and metrics in alignment with Target Operating Model
- Support the analysis and submission of reports to various stakeholders
- Scheduling and facilitating forums to create, drive and present senior presentations, including final results for each testing review cycle. Forums include Transction Testing Working Group, Post-Mortem, Weekly Operations/Status Calls, lessons learned, etc.
- Other specific responsibilities as related to the supported function, including ad-hoc requests from senior management

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of related experience
- Financial Services Industry experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel; knowledge of macros preferred
- Tableau Desktop Specialist certified preferred
- Ability to work with multiple functions
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced English Required

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated knowledge or certification in Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Access) and/or Tableau
