Software Engineer

Position Overview

You will be working in an agile product team, contributing to daily standups, refinement meetings where you will discuss, and contribute to requirements set forth by the Product Manager, and work alongside other Software Engineers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with IT Architects, Analysts, Engineers, and Product Managers to provide technical solutions. Collaborate with other development teams, infrastructure teams and business teams.
- Analyze, identify, research, and recommend technology and business solutions to meet business requirements and IT system standards
- Create Technical documentation for software products and solutions
- Assist with management, prioritization, troubleshooting and escalation of issues

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced students are also welcome.
- Proficiency in multiple technologies such as:

- Object Oriented Programming
- Relational Database experience
- API design and development experience
- Web Framework experience s such as Angular, React, etc.
- AWS, Containers, other cloud technologies
- Proven ability to:

- Work effectively and independently in a team development environment
- Be a self-starter with a high level of ownership, a proactive mentality, and solid problem-solving skills
- Learn modern technologies and methodologies as needed
- Prioritize work, multitask, and quickly switch context
- Be comfortable with ambiguity
- Passion for technology and programming
- Ability to clearly communicate in English, both verbal and written. English level B2 or C1 required.

Preferred requirements
- Agile methodology experience
- Test Automation CI/CD experience
