The Canada Customer Service Representative provides solutions to members on their credit files by updating accounts, investigating cases and providing adequate solutions to their problems which includes information to pull their credit report, credit scores and other support with similar products, also assist and educate their clients about the policies, procedures, and information reported on the Equifax credit file and give the appropriate follow up to the member's investigations. **What you’ll do** - Manage sales over the phone and educate clients on their commercial credit files. - Handle requests and answer general questions. - Share resolution details with clients and the team. Provide feedback to the manager on the required process and program changes to ensure customer satisfaction. - Handle special projects as assigned. **What experience you need** - Minimum B2 English level, Minimum B2 French level - High School Diploma - Metrics of previous 3 months on goal (QA >95%, CSAT >90%, ADH >85%, AHT < 740 seconds). **What could set you apart** - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Contact Center/Customer Service/ Shared Service Center. - Sales Experience. - Knowledge in AS400. - Accountability, Curiosity, Collaboration, Think and Act differently, Trust.
