Your Role
- Gensler is seeking a motivated and driven Intern for our Costa Rica office for 3 months. As an Intern, you will work very closely with our facilities team, ensuring the smooth running of our office on a day-to-day basis. You will handle organizational and clerical support tasks. This may include organizing files, scheduling appointments, receiving guests and more.
- All Gensler team members should be excellent communicators, resourceful and proactive problem solvers, and action-oriented team players at a level appropriate to their experience. You must be committed to internal client service, poised under fast-paced pressure, and have a relentlessly positive, flexible, “can-do” attitude.

What You Will Do
- Management of office duties
- Keeping track of and managing inventory (food, beverages, and office supplies)
- Support orders of goods across different departments
- Providing back up to the reception and greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Support the Workplace Experience Coordinator as necessary.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Your Qualifications
- You are currently enrolled and an active student in a bachelor’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar.
- Available to work in a full-time position (40 hours per week).
- 100% bilingual English/Spanish, well written with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create effective marketing collateral.
- Self-motivated with intra-personal skills, and a great team-player.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
