The Support Program and Portfolio team drives internal and cross-team transformation initiatives for Workday Support. We are a high performing team of thought leaders who inspire new ways of thinking about support business challenges and collaborate cross functionally to deliver optimal business outcomes as part of our program initiatives.

About the Role

You will partner closely with the program sponsor, business leads and technology teams in defining and executing medium to large, cross-functional programs focused on organization effectiveness and efficiencies aligned with Workday’s scale.
- We are looking for a program manager who understands the value of structure while balancing the need for agility and innovation within that framework. Leveraging program management best practices, this role will identify and manage scope, dependencies, drive timeline alignment, risk management, health and status reporting and driving on time delivery of outcomes and deliverables.
- Responsibilities- Lead Support program team or workstreams. Includes creating cohesive program plans and milestonesMonitor and report progress against program objectives and goals-
- Represent Global Support program priorities and progress to influence and enable corporate initiative.-
- Establish quantified business impact goals and measurement models to provide insight, track progress, and inform operations and conceptual planning.-

- Identify risks and issues and execute on plans to mitigate or prevent- Fluent English at a business level.

**Responsabilidades**:
- Liderar el equipo o los flujos de trabajo del programa de soporte. Incluye la creación de planes e hitos de programas coherentes.-
- Liderar la colaboración entre expertos en la materia de soporte global interfuncional y líderes de entrega para identificar, diseñar, priorizar y supervisar el desarrollo y la implementación de herramientas y procesos de soporte.-
- Monitorear e informar el progreso en comparación con los objetivos y metas del programa.-
