Support Technician for E-delivery Services

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**_ How you´ll make your mark: _**
- Compiles key metrics and review performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Analysis of support queu to prioritize and provide solutions on escalations and urgent requests.
- Provide guidance to lower support levels on the cases resolutions

**_ About you:_**
- First level university degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical function.
- Intermediate English skills.
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Troubleshooting skills
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Basic understanding of project management methodology.
- Developing business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
- Introduction to the company's overall supply chain strategy.
- Basic understanding of import/export regulatory requirements and compliance.
