P2p Internal Engagement Specialist

P2P Internal Engagement Specialist will be responsible for building trustful relationships with key users by organizing regular on-site and virtual sessions, where the role holder will be gathering feedback and identifying educational need from stakeholders but also informing them about major updates in the P2P policies and guidelines. Constant improvement mindset, eagerness to learn, can-do attitude are major qualities we are looking for.
The role holder will have international exposure and will report into Stakeholder Management & Training Manager.
This role will involve travelling within NAM and LATAM regions up to 30% of the time. Potential local travel restrictions will be considered while planning the on-site visits.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as trusted advisor and thought leader in the deployment of P2P process guidelines
- Assist key business stakeholders in understanding their challenges and addressing them to close potential knowledge gaps
- Identify improvement opportunities based on customer feedback
- Be the voice of the P2P user and translate their P2P needs to respective team within Buying Channel Support
- Be the end-to-end P2P process expert and a connector between the Process Owners and the users
- Inspire and influence internal stakeholders not under direct control, helping them to remove obstacles to achieve desired business outcomes
- Use data and analyse statistics to verify individual feedback to identify patterns or prioritise and focus on the meaningful topics
- Develop and share best practice initiatives and support continuous improvement
- Address more complex issues with the appropriate teams in the organization to aim for a permanent problem resolution
- Facilitate alignment and effective communication with internal stakeholders and promptly resolve any conflict to encourage harmonious and productive interactions
**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in working with Purchase to Pay systems like Coupa, Ariba, SAP etc.
- Solid knowledge of P2P (purchase-to-pay) process (in depth knowledge)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Former P2P trainer experience would be a strong asset
- Confident in presenting to larger audience
- Able to remain calm and assertive under pressure
- Previous experience in SSC or internationally setup organization
- Languages required:
- English - fluent in speaking and writing
- Spanish - fluent in speaking and writing
- Portuguese - intermediate
- Confident working and delivering high quality service without close supervision
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details, accurate, assertive, proactive when investigating issues and seeing wider picture
- Advanced MS Office skills
