If so, we invite you to join our team as Finance Administrator for the Workforce Solutions MPS Supplies team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Invoices: Handle the approval, audit, and escalation processes for invoices from Supplies Vendors.
- PO Management: Oversee the creation and management of purchase orders for the MPS Supplies business.
- Accrual Tracking: Track and report accruals for the MPS Supplies Business to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Reporting: Generate various reports related to MPS Supplies business as needed by internal partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in cross-functional team interactions to ensure seamless business operations.

**Education and Experience Required**:

- First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance operations
- Experience and understanding of HP MPS business a plus.

**Required Skills**:

- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial processes.
- Organizational Skills: Well-organized, responsive, and able to prioritize multiple requests.
- Initiative: Self-starter with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large amounts of data; proficiency in MS Excel.
- Team Player: Collaborative team player with a positive work ethic, valuing diverse perspectives.
