**Objetivo**

El DSL es responsable de agregar valor a la Unidad de Negocio de Enfermedades al ser el experto en la materia en diagnóstico en sus territorios asignados. El DSL es responsable de educar y orientar a los profesionales sanitarios sobre el diagnóstico de nuestras áreas terapéuticas, garantizando la confianza en el diagnóstico, realizándolo de manera oportuna y con altos estándares de calidad, permitiendo a los médicos tratantes identificar al paciente adecuado que puede beneficiarse con nuestras terapias.

**Responsabilidades**:
Crear y construir relaciones sólidas con las partes interesadas involucradas en el diagnóstico de pacientes con todas las indicaciones de nuestra cartera de enfermedades raras.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar el diagnóstico a partir de un fuerte conocimiento y mapeo de la situación actual en los territorios y cuentas asignados.
- Educar a las partes interesadas a través de un conocimiento profundo de la información científica sobre Diagnóstico y Técnicas de Diagnóstico.
- Implementar actividades de alto impacto para cada parte interesada en función de las oportunidades identificadas, garantizando un retorno de la inversión óptimo.
- Apoyar al equipo multifuncional brindando información sobre KPI clave alineados con la estrategia para garantizar que el equipo esté logrando sus objetivos y brindar recomendaciones sobre medidas correctivas cuando sea necesario.
- Ser el punto de contacto entre la cuenta y los laboratorios de pruebas en todo lo relacionado con el diagnóstico.
- Identificar, desarrollar e influenciar bajo la estrategia de negocio a los líderes de opinión y grupos de influencia o de defensa para que los biomarcadores prueben la inclusión/adopción.
- Trabajar con especialistas clave como socios en actividades científicas que ayuden a avanzar en la comprensión de los biomarcadores y sean consistentes con la estrategia y los objetivos de AZ.

**Requisitos.**
- Profesional de la salud (biólogo, biólogo molecular, microbiólogo, médico, farmacéutico)
- Experiência entre los 2 y/o 3 años en puestos similares en el sector de la salud.
- Dominio del idioma ingles intermedio - avanzado
- Conocimiento de Áreas Terapéuticas relacionadas
- Disponibilidad para viajar
