The Senior Process Engineer, Catheter Devices will be responsible for:

- Development of manufacturing processes for endoscopic and other catheter-based imaging devices
- Braiding, reflow, tipping, joining, extrusion, pull-wire and articulation, and other complex device assembly methods. Packaging is a plus.
- Frequent internal collaboration with ATL engineering, quality, production, and sales groups to ensure successful new product launch.
- High levels of critical thinking and problem solving through root cause analysis methods
- Ability to map out, optimize, and ramp production process to meet customer volume forecasts.
- Creation of manufacturing work instructions and ability to train new operators on processes.
- Identify and manage potential failure modes through PFMEA.
- Lead process validation efforts through creation of DOE, IQ, OQ, PQ protocols. Supervise execution of protocols and create final reports.
- Use statistical analysis for testing, process capability, sampling, etc.
- As a senior level process engineer, provide mentoring and support to junior engineering staff.
- Uphold production standards of product quality through GMP

**What we expect from you**:

- Experience in catheter manufacturing, design, materials, and reinforcement methods using technologies like but not limited to: reflow, and braiding.
- Experience in imaging sensors and lighting in medical scopes is a plus.
- SolidWorks skills (Intermediate level) Having a certification in SolidWorks is advantageous.
- Professional technical writing, reporting, and presentation skills
- University degree in a relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of medical device development experience in polymer, mechanical or biomedical engineering
