**LOCATION**:Heredia, Costa Rica

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of the Talent Acquisition team in the Human Resources Department and is responsible for the execution of key administrative and transactional tasks of the recruitment process that support a successful delivery of the talent acquisition strategy.

**Reports to**:Talent Acquisition Team Lead

**Reporting Level**:Junior Management Level

**Geographic Scope**:Americas Region

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Offer support to Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Partners
- Set up interviews, coordinate and perform the pre-employment checks
- Use all features of the system as well as other tools such as: databases, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn and job boards
- Support the recruitment team to achieve internal performance metrics
- Perform other administrative tasks that support the end-to-end recruitment process

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 1+ years of professional experience
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Organized and time management skills
- Strong customer focus
- University student or graduated in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- English language proficiency (B1+ level)
- Portuguese language proficiency (B1+ level)
