- The primary responsibility of the End User Support Manager is to provide managerial and technical expertise needed to support the day-to-day End User Computing environment for Equifax employees in Costa Rica SSC. _

**What you’ll do**:

- Responsible for defining and executing End User Computing Support in CRSSC
- Day to day management of local Desk-Support Technicians.
- Engagement with other Global Equifax Team Leaders across Service Desk, End User Technology Help Desk, Back-Office Server Technologies, Telephony, and Real Estate
- Ensuring team focus on proactively managing the end user issues, delivering quality of care, good communication and customer intimacy.
- Proactive review and management of Incident, Problem and Change processes
- A single point of contact for customer escalations related to End User Computing
- Establish strong working relationships with internal associates and external providers

**What experience you need**:

- 5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, technical environment in a similar role
- 3+ years of experience with **Microsoft and end user technologies**
- 2+ years of experience in Help Desk Ticket systems such as **Service Now, Jira, Confluence**
- 3+ years of experience **leading technical teams**
- English proficiency B2+ or above in written and verbal communication

- Knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
