Global Financial Analyst

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Assist with monthly closing, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Interface with senior management reporting monthly results, KPI’s, backlog, and flash updates
- Drive HQ requests, delivering results in a timely and accurate manner
- Support global finance team loading periodic financials and quarterly budget in reporting system
- Focus on continuous improvement to streamline HFM loading, reporting, & budgeting processes
- Independently investigate variances vs expectations and plan, and subsequently drive tangible improvements
- Analyze balance sheet metrics, such as working capital, receivables, payables and inventory
- Ensure financials are in accordance with corporate polices (CP&P) and US GAAP
- Maintain and foster good working relationships with both operations and finance partners
- Develop dashboards to track financial performance against targets / budgets
- Track and collect monthly balance sheet questions from internal stakeholders
- Other special projects as assigned
- Effectively communicate with local teams and Business Leaders
**Additional Information**:
- Some international travel will be required
**Requirements**:
**Minimum Educational Qualifications**:
- BA / BS in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 2-5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
- Accounting or Finance License a plus.
- English, written and verbal, is required.
- Must be willing to do some travel and work in a multi-cultural environment.
