**The Service Procurement Buyer is responsible for the on-going support to users, project managers, and suppliers across the Procurement Operations. The Service Procurement Buyer must collaborate to ensure effective and efficient processing of internal Purchase Order Requisitions for Milestones Projects and Hourly-base Projects (CTE’s). This role serves as the operational support across the entire end-to-end purchase order cycle.

**What you’ll do**
- Ensure the correct and timely processing of requisitions and purchase orders submitted by the BUs, based on internal policies and EFX best practices
- Provide support for tickets submitted by internal users (guidance, issue solving, system technical support)
- Execute group Live-training sessions to ensure resources are properly trained on the PO cycle processes, policies, and systems
- Participate in relevant discussions to provide input on items such as process scope and service delivery. Assist in resolving operational issues
- Work closely with AP to resolve Accounts Payable and Invoice hold issues
- Running manual reports for management and process execution
- Responsible for participation in system testing, if required

**What experience you need**
- University Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience in a procurement environment
- 1-year experience in Procure to Pay leading practices
- English Proficiency (BELT B2+ or higher)
- 2+ years of experience in Excel/Sheets

**What could set you apart**
- 1-year program and project management experience preferred.
- Experience with Shared Services and/ or Outsourced Service Delivery Models
- Oracle (Procurement), ServiceNow, Google Business Suite knowledge
- Works well with a team and independently
- Very strong customer service and results-oriented mindset.

Ability to prioritize, and assess, risks, resources, objectives, and deliverables.
