Salesforce Administrator

The Catalyst Team is seeking a(an) Salesforce Administrator to join our full-time team as full-time employee.

The Salesforce Administrator will have responsibility for the successful implementation through configurations for Catalyst’s Salesforce customers from project initiation to full customer production roll-out. In this capacity you will have solid knowledge in Salesforce functionality, technology, and implementation to provide your projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Identify unused or underutilised platform features and recommend removing.
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed

Qualifications:

- A proven Salesforce professional with 2+ years on experience on Salesforce platform and Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
- Good understanding on Salesforce data model and ability to define Objects, fields, recordtype, page layouts translating customer requirements.
- Ability to setup a Salesforce Org based on customer requirements performing administrative ways like Role, Profile, Permission sets, Groups, Queues, creating Users and other records and provide access based on Sharing requirements.
- Ability to configure different rules like Validation Rule, Assignment Rule Auto response Rule, Escalation Rules.
- Good knowledge working on Process Builder and Flows
- Ability to create reports and dashboards based on customer requirements
- Ability to load or export data with desired mapping using data loader or data import wizards
- Ability to deploy components from one org to other orgs.
- Ability to identify the impacts on Salesforce coming releases and take necessary actions.
- Good knowledge on change management
- Understanding of Apex and Lightning basics
- Knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM Processes
- Experience with SFDX
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Jenkins
Other Salesforce certifications would be an asset
