Issue to resolution analyst

This position is responsible for the resolution of escalated issues coming through Account Payables processing. The scope of the position includes supporting employee and vendor inquiries pertaining to procurement, payment and invoice processes across the region. Additionally, this position will be required to maintain a high standard of performance, analysis and follow up of all activities on the market(s) assigned, ensuring items are properly controlled, enforcing Payment on Time and completion of tasks assigned.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or close to be completed (90%) in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or similar required
Intermediate english
1 year of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company.
SAP Experience
ARIBA Experience is a Plus
Intermediate to Advanced PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures to ensure high-level customer service for internal and external customers
Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice pricing discrepancies and blocked invoice issues to ensure vendors are paid within payment term
Identify common trends between assigned suppliers to implement efficiencies through daily problem resolution, identify and propose process improvement
Manage escalations & follow up issues that are addressed to the Issue to Resolution Team.
Generate weekly report with all the open cases. Perform constant follow up with every StS Work stream of past due cases.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity. Act as primary responsible for Controls execution and serve as role model for other team members.
Be accountable on own and teams required accuracy and turnaround /response time on all defined KPIs and SLA’s
Collaborate with the company to resolve process and/or technical issues across multiple ERP systems, Properly and effectively report and follow up issues that cannot be resolved real time.
Maintain documentation, ensuring all the processes are documented and updated
Through daily problem resolution, identify, propose and implement process improvements
Other Responsibility assigned by management.
