The End User Computing EUC Solutions & Reporting Senior Analyst, AVP, maintains ownership of the FRSS (Finance and Risk Shared Services) EUC Reduction Solutions portfolio and any associated reporting and analysis including key metrics. This role will require close coordination and collaboration with the FRSS EUC Reduction PM's and Solutions Leads (located in Manila, Mumbai and Costa Rica), GFT (Global Functions Technology), Risk and Control as well as 3rd party vendors to ensure proper status and reporting of the EUC Reduction/Consent Order Agenda. Support identification of retirement drivers for retirement of EUCs

**Responsibilities**:

- Own all related EUC Solutions Reduction related metrics, reporting and analysis - which can include both recurring and ad hoc deliverables for complex
- Partner with the Global EUC Consent Order/ Reduction Project Managers/ Solutions Leads, Technology partners and any other contributors to understand and document the status/tracking of the EUC Solutions Reduction Book of Work including drivers, retirement timelines and impacts of any changes.
- Translate the EUC Solutions inventory/book of work into a delivery agenda with timelines, ownership and progress against remediation targets for complex FRSS EUCs
- Ability to work with a team, either directly or indirectly, to achieve desired results in a timely manner.
- Work with cross functional partners including Risk and Control, GFT (Global Functions Technology) and 3rd party vendors.
- Have a strong understanding of emerging risks to the project and work with key partners to mitigate and/or understand the escalation path, and initiate if needed, in order to preserve the project agenda.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, by escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Responsible for project status reporting updates to relevant stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of proven leadership in reporting & analysis on global, cross functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to build key work relationships at all levels and reach consensus despite differing goals and priorities at all levels
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven analytical, diagnostic and multitasking skills with focus on execution in a complex and dynamic environment
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient English level is a must.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
