Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage NA processes related to Promotions & Rebates, Chargebacks & Membership and AR Transactional. Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to staff.- Duties include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.- Onboarding new employees- Manage DPT AR activities while working closely with DPT Controller on any upcoming potential revenue and/or debt exposures.- Conduct monthly and quarterly stakeholder meetings to address current AR performance, review SLA’s and metrics and current projects.- Manage with NA credit releasing: Releasing credits in SAP ERP system to align with weekly payment runs and month-end closing activity.- Manage and correct failed billing documents in SAP ERP: Work with SRA, Costing and other teams to ensure corrections completed timely.- Manage with changing document outputs for collection purposes.- Ensure that SOPs, Work Instructions, and Internal controls over the North America AR processes are properly applied and documented.- Manage with any preparations for internal and external audits including coordination and gathering of the data needed for the audits.- Successfully team with coworkers and customers to complete assigned job functions within a dynamic support organization to accomplish departmental goals within deadlines.- Responsible for special projects and transitioning working into the team.- Perform other duties as assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Knowledge- Must possess demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP, internal control over financial reporting, and use of financial reporting systems and business office software.- Must possess demonstrated business acumen.

Skills and abilities- Must possess proven analytical, team building, and leadership skills.- Must be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.- Must be detail oriented and ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.- Must be organized, detail oriented, schedule conscience and have demonstrated planning aptitude.

Supervision- Position functions semi-autonomously.- Position directly supervises and manages employees.- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.- Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education/experience- Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and more of 6 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

Licenses/certifications- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred.

Language skills- Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents.- Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence.- Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts.- Ability to present to groups across the organization.

Mathematical skills- Ability to perform computations such as percentages, ratios, and rates.- Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs and pie charts.- Ability to calculate predictive statistics.

Reasoning ability- Ability to solve problems with complex variables through non-standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis.- Ability to draw inferences and use deductive reasoning with no prescribed procedures to solve complex problems.
