We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of BI & Data Governance Specialist to join our team:
**Location**: Heredia, Costa Rica.
**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
**Work model**: Remote.
**Contract Type**: Indefinite-term
We are looking for a BI & DG Specialist to work remote with challenging clients. Expert on development of dashboards in Tableau, VBA and ETL. The main goal of this position is to generate insights and analysis based on data. Reporting in Tableau is basic for the position as the BI specialist will be collaborating with the work dynamics team to achieve successful reporting and data driven decisions.
What is your day to day?
Develop dashboards in Tableau
**Extract, collect and clean data shared by the client**: SQL, VBA and excel.
Generate operational reports and KPIs
Summarize operational activity in Tableau dashboards
Analyze and organize information and report
Suggest possible solutions to improve operations and KPI.
Desired experience and technical skills
Professional in Software or Electronics Engineering.
2 to 5 years of experience

MS Excel as an advanced user - required
Ability to analyze complex data - required
Tableau - required
VBA - required
ETL - desirable
