As a Project Manager in the Enterprise PMO, you will be working with teams to experiment new approaches and techniques to manage projects efficiently and effectively. You will manage a portfolio of projects and will be driving process improvements across functions.

**How you will contribute**
- Contribute to the growth and value-driven delivery of our enterprise PMO. Participate in enhancing methodologies, processes, tools, templates, etc. to build the PMO brand and customer service offering
- Manage the project life cycle from initiation to closure to ensure the success of the project directly supports the achievement of our strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with business owner to develop clear project goals and objectives, assess core team members and stakeholders, identify success metrics, and establish the proper sprint cadence
- Act as a servant leader to the project team by facilitating conversations to build trust and rapport between members, and to motivate teams to drive the delivery of business results. Measure and report on progress and challenges, and proactively adjust and address obstacles or dependencies
- Communicate to project teams on any red flags of schedule delay, resource constraints, or any outstanding issues that require attention
- Facilitate conversations for business owner and team members to exchange feedback on a regular basis. Work with teams to ensure benefits are realized as early as possible and learnings are incorporated into project execution
- Continue professional development to stay up to date on emerging project management techniques, methods, and best practices
- Execute other duties as assigned

**How will you get here**
- Bachelor's degree in Business or other technical disciplines is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a project management role
- **Must be able to read, write and speak in Business English**:

- 4+ years of progressive experience working in different functions, such as technology, product, operations, sales, and marketing
- Experience with lean-agile and scrum framework a must
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with strong teamwork, motivational and influential skills
- Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills. Strong sense of urgency. Ability to handle stress and be professional at all times
- Familiar with a financial business setting, holds a strong business acumen, and can assess operational readiness for projects
- Experience working in technology, software, and system related fields preferred

**Preferred Skills**

The following additional skills would be favorable and contribute to the company as well as the position's overall success:

- PMI-ACP, PMP, SAFe 5.0, or Lean Six Sigma certified
- Experience in financial services and technology disciplines
- Experience with multiple project management methodologies
- Experience implementing large/complex initiatives across an organization
