**Developer Job Requirements and Responsibilities**:
Builds, designs, and maintains all website code and content.
Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and accessibility standards.
Creates solutions for identified problems or bugs.
Communicates with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders daily.
Liaisons between the customer and lead developers informing of new and different requests.
Evaluates written code to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible with all devices.
Maintains a professional understanding of web development by tracking trends.
Participate in investigatory meetings with content owners to inform site design and build
Provide back up support for Client driven needs including content management needs
Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis

**Web Developer Skills and Qualifications**:
Ability to write and edit technical documentation
Knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
Strong knowledge of Software Design Patterns and best practices
Work with ETL tools and SQL database
Working with a team in information architecture, data quality and BI
- analytics
Creative problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Project Management experience preferred but not required
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a developer
